Spring Village at Dover

Welcoming From the Start

Multiple tile sizes help give the feeling of a stone paved town center.

Neutral Tones

Neutral tones and pattern offer a soft step in the carpeted hallways.

Feeling of Home

Wooden LVT dining area and carpeted living areas are similar to what many would have in their homes.

Area Designation

A gentle pattern change in the same color scheme designates the transition from the living area to the hallways.

A Café

Easy to clean and long lasting, a wood look LVT is used in the dining areas.

Relaxation

A cool color palette, fireplace and another tone of wood look LVT gives the three season room a beach cottage appeal.

Contractor: Killian Construction

Business Type: Residential/Medical

Flooring Type:  LVT, Broadloom Carpet, Ceramic Tile

Challenge:  Creating an assisted living facility with a welcoming, just like home feel.

Solution: Spring Village at Dover is one of many memory care facilities that are working to make a necessary lifestyle change a more comfortable one for their residents.  Their lobby area, also known as Town Square, certainly does that with its main street appeal utilizing a wide array of modern ceramic tiles on both the floor and walls.  The two wings for the residents have coordinating looks with slightly different color palettes, utilizing patterned broad loom carpets and LVT to delineate the assorted common areas.
